Event Hosts/organizers will have all the rights to add or remove any member and do necessary
changes in route, activity, time, duration depending on the situations and climate conditions to
ensure our safety. Please cooperate.

This is a budget trip. However, all care will be taken to ensure your safety and trip be memorable.

If you want any stay particular to be booked at your preference, do let us know the stay details so
that we will confirm you the applicable extra charges to book that stay.

We suggest you book train or bus tickets for yourself for which we will be assisting end to end. Else,
we can book for you if needed.

Train tickets are subject to availability. Confirmation of tickets depends upon how soon we book
tickets. We suggest you plan your trip and book the tickets at least 15 days in advance to get
confirmed tickets in train and for the trip to be under budget.
